Talent Navigator

Helping people see where their career could go – and giving the organisation the intelligence to support them getting there.

How this supports Workforce Capability Intelligence

This module captures one of the workforce signals used to understand organisational capability, readiness and risk.

Talent Navigator: mobility, aspiration, role-fit and future-readiness evidence.

Connecting today's capability to tomorrow's opportunity

Understanding where your workforce wants to go is as important as knowing where it stands today. Employees get to map their current skills and competencies against future roles – and find out what they need to get there and how long that journey takes.

Every career exploration generates signals that give HR leaders a live picture of internal mobility appetite, capability gaps and succession pipeline depth – turning individual ambition into organisational intelligence.

Engage and retain talent.

Encourage your employees to explore and map out their future careers within your organisation, helping them take control of their own development.

Show them future career paths – whether linear or lateral career moves – and give them the information on which to start a career conversation with their manager.

Spot the skill gaps.

Talent Navigator identifies the skills needed for future roles, providing the framework to map multiple career path scenarios, review role competencies and plan the next steps.

When integrated with a skills assessment such as Talent 360, it highlights the skills gap to be filled and flags relevant learning and development options.

AI-Powered Development Goals: Closing the Gap Faster.

Talent Navigator’s AI enhancements turn career aspirations into clear, actionable development goals.

When employees add Favourited Roles – or managers suggest Great Match roles – the system compares required competencies with the individual’s current role profile. Where gaps exist, the AI icon appears.

With one click, personalised development goals are generated based on the specific skills needed to progress. Suggestions are practical, targeted and aligned to the requirements of the future role.

Employees and managers can review and edit goals before adding them to their Development Plan, with manager approval where required.

The result? Faster goal creation, sharper career conversations, and focused development that accelerates progression and strengthens internal mobility.
