Using your own competence framework and questionnaires, or those we have developed for you, we will brand the system so that it looks just as you want it. You're able to let users choose their own raters, or a moderator to oversee their rater selection or upload their raters for them – or a combination of all three. They can ask their own free text questions of their reviewers – which have a spell-check facility. You can define multiple rating scales to enable the best perspective on your people's capabilities.
You're able to set up your own Review Profiles for the most common workflow rules within your organisation allowing you to repeat what works quickly, easily and time and time again.
Every user has a 'My Page' that gives them instant access to the information they need and you can customise almost every aspect of the system yourself. If you use external or internal coaches, you can give them access to the system at any time so that they can support their people. You can also set anonymity and confidentiality settings by review group.
Part of the value of a 360-degree process is the ability to show the progress of people over time and to identify talent and 'high potentials' quickly. With Talent 360® you can also carry out team-based strengths and weakness analysis looking at different groups of people such as departments or those with specific managers. Getting started with Talent 360® couldn't be simpler.
Usability is key to getting a review system implemented in-house. Without this buy-in usage will be impacted. We've designed the system so that it takes just two clicks to get started. For times when reviews need to take place away from a computer, there is the option of off-line, paper completion.
It has never been necessary to train any end-users in how to use Talent 360® or indeed any of the other Talent modules. The vast majority of our customers use Talent 360® to get feedback from their people and is accessed around the world, by all manner of browsers and technology and by users with various levels of IT familiarity. You can be confident that Talent 360® will be easy to use by everyone who encounters it, both within and outside your organisation.
Talent 360® has been developed to integrate with the other Talent modules – although can also be 'stand alone'. This means that you and your users have an individual Talent Management Portal so you can access assessment and development resources whenever you need to. If your organisation is new to integrated talent management, this could be your first important step.
