Performance Management

• Talent 180® enables you to introduce a role-specific competency-based appraisal process quickly and easily, and based on your (or one of our) competence frameworks.
• Our Competence Framework development service will help you develop and/or tailor the right competence sets and behavioural indicators for the roles you wish to assess and performance manage.

Learning and Development

The provision of these rich and powerful self help tools enables employees to take control of their careers within your organisation and not to just look outside the business for new roles. It includes powerful search facilities and a customisable Work/Life Balance questionnaire that helps them identify roles that have a close personal match.
• It is becoming increasingly common for organisations to use a 360 review for high-stakes applications such as succession planning and high-potential identification. Traditional 360 review products aren't robust enough in this environment - Talent 360® is, and has been designed from the ground up to perform in this environment.
