Alison has over twenty years experience as a line manager and as both an internal and external consultant. Her main skills are in learning & development strategy, with deep experience in the fields of blended learning and learning technology. She has been an invited speaker on this subject at numerous conferences, including CIPD Harrogate, CIPD HRD, Online-Educa in Berlin and the Future Work Forum at Henley Management College. She also has experience in developing and implementing performance management frameworks and processes.
Alison has a particular passion for delivering technology-enabled change. She spent many years at British Airways, leading the design and development of corporate and professional training and owning the eLearning agenda at British Airways from its inception to a point where it accounted for over a third of BA’s substantial training programme, making savings in excess of £10M p.a.
Since becoming a consultant, she has used this know-how to the benefit of her clients in other companies and sectors, including Virgin Atlantic Airways and Wolseley UK plc.
Wyn's experience includes: Business & Technical Strategy; Business Process Improvement (BPI & BPR), Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (DR); Change Management; Governance; Enterprise & Information Architectures, Risk & Quality Management Systems and deploying IT systems (ERP, Finance, CRM & Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Service Management, HR etc.).
He has worked in a wide range of business sectors including: Aerospace, Automotive Supply, Government, Defence, Finance (Banking, Insurance, & Operational Risk), HR, IT/IS & Software Development, Manufacturing, Media & Utilities.
Having fulfilled departmental and deputy store manager roles over the past 15 years in a number of well known retailers, Geoff transferred to HQ to bring business improvements across all stores through better operation of systems and process. Commercially astute, tenacious and highly committed, he has driven retail specific development programmes in the areas of customer services, legal compliance, business change through new IT systems and more recently mergers and harmonisation.
