Alex has over twenty years practical experience in the analysis, design, production, implementation and evaluation of bespoke L&D programmes for numerous UK and Global companies. He specialises in bringing about performance improvement through competence analysis, assessment and development, and sustained behavioural change. Alex also advises on the use of technology to enhance learning and performance.
He is well known on the speaker circuit and a contributor to IT training and QL magazine.
Alex is certified at Level A by the British Psychology Society. His spare time interests include drama, sport and photography.
Alison Walker MSc, MA, BAAlison has over twenty years experience as a line manager and as both an internal and external consultant. Her main skills are in learning & development strategy, with deep experience in the fields of blended learning and learning technology. She has been an invited speaker on this subject at numerous conferences, including CIPD Harrogate, CIPD HRD, Online-Educa in Berlin and the Future Work Forum at Henley Management College. She also has experience in developing and implementing performance management frameworks and processes.
Alison has a particular passion for delivering technology-enabled change. She spent many years at British Airways, leading the design and development of corporate and professional training and owning the eLearning agenda at British Airways from its inception to a point where it accounted for over a third of BA’s substantial training programme, making savings in excess of £10M p.a.
Since becoming a consultant, she has used this know-how to the benefit of her clients in other companies and sectors, including Virgin Atlantic Airways and Wolseley UK plc.
