Tori brings over 6 years private consultancy experience, in addition to 4 years working within a global 'top 5' finance and advisory firm.
She has a reputation for building strong client relationships across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, contact centres, architecture,
law practices, financial services, housing associations and public sector including local government, police and NHS. Her expertise as an occupational psychologist
includes: Leadership and executive coaching, senior management development programmes, assessment and development centre design and delivery (to senior management
and director level), design and implementation of competency frameworks, psychometric profiling, 360° feedback, stress management and wellbeing, and
embodied leadership.
A graduate with a Batchelors degree in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology, she brings a friendly, innovative, pragmatic and commercially sensitive approach to her projects across both public and private sectors. Tori is a member of the British Psychological Society, the Association of Business Psychologists and she also holds certificates in Psychometric Testing (Level A and B).
Jessica Jones has over 12 years Human Resource Management and Development experience working in a variety of industries including Banking, Telecoms and Manufacturing as well as more recently Public Sector. Since working as a Consultant for the past five years, Jessica has primarily focussed on People Resourcing and Learning and Development. Recent projects have included designing a variety of organisational competency models as well as detailed role profiles, the output of which has resulted in a number of HR products and tools spanning most areas including; HR Planning, Performance Management, Recruitment and Selection, Talent Management as well as Management Development.
With experience in Training Needs Assessment either on a group or individual level, Jessica has worked with Managers and teams to create detailed Personal Development Plans often supported with 360 assessment products and psychometric testing. Jessica has also worked with organisations to provide greater focus to their HR strategy, identifying value added activities which are fully aligned and supportive of wider organisational goals. A graduate, with a CIPD Qualification, she is also BPS qualified at Levels A and B.
Hannah is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and has worked in the area for 25 years as both an internal consultant and as an external independent consultant.
She worked internally with The Post Office and then BT leading teams of psychologists providing selection and assessment methods to the organisations. This involved development of tests, exercises, appraisals, training others in the use of them, evaluating and validating as well as acting as an assessor much of this time. She later became an internal OD consultant helping Operational Managers bring about change in the way their people were operating.
She has been working independently for over 12 years working in the broad area of change assessment and development with individuals, teams and whole organisations.
She works with a range of private and public organisations which include NHS (Trusts and National Organisations), DWP, BT, National Air Traffic Services, BNFL, American Express, Daimler Chrysler, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Camelot, and Starwood Hotels.
Helen is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a Chartered Psychologist. She has published widely in the area of equal opportunities and psychometric issues and presents regularly in conferences in the UK and around the world. She has developed over 100 original tests, some bespoke for companies and others for test publishers’ portfolios These include measures of personality, motivation, competency and various facets of ability. Many use a traditional paper and pencil approach, but she has also created leading edge measures which take advantage of computer technology to provide dynamic tasks to measure reaction time, video clips to gauge responses to typical work situations or advanced psychometric manipulations to provide more accurate scoring. Many of the measures have broad application but some are tailored to specific jobs, such as air traffic controllers.
