Head Light Communications announces new customers for Talent 360®
We are pleased to announce two new customers this month for Talent 360. Firstly, the Travis Perkins Group who will be utilising 360 feedback as part of their assessment process for aspiring regional Directors.
Secondly, and after a highly competitive tendering process, the IEWM (part of the West Midlands Local Government Agency) have selected Head Light Communications to provide our leading Talent 360 feedback software combined with our assessment development and training services for their regional 'Future Leaders Programme'.

Head Light Communications announces Talent FQ™
It is widely acknowledged that the actions taken as a result of the feedback are closely tied to how the feedback was delivered; get it wrong and resentment and denial are a very real possibility, get it right and the scene is set for real and lasting change.
We have developed and tested an assessment, called Talent FQ™, that challenges you to identify the right (and wrong) course of action when in various tricky feedback situations. After you have completed this short challenge, you will receive a one page report that shows strengths and weaknesses in the underpinning competences essential for good feedback delivery.

We are pleased to announce the arrival of the fourth product in our Talent® suite of on-line Talent Management applications. Talent Navigator is a new and innovative web based tool that enables employees to take greater control over the direction of their careers within your organisation. Designed specifically to increase employee retention and reduce external recruitment spend, Talent Navigator can help employees find roles that would help them develop the skills and experiences they are looking for. We are speaking at the next annual SearchLight Executive HR Forum on the subject of Succession Management, London. The forum, focussed solely at HR executives in the media industry is being hosted at Channel Four's Headquarters in London on April 30th.
