In this issue
360° reviews and feedback continue to be a keen area of interest for many we encounter in our travels. We are pleased to be able to offer you the insight from one of our associate practitioners, Debbie Hance, who outlines what she believes are the keys to success for 360's.
Defining what 'Good' looks like - essential for hiring, promoting and determining training investment. But why is it so challenging and is there an alternative to current problematic methods?
We have made contact and discussed project objectives and now is the time for the final call for the Virtual Team that will create a Situational Judgement Test.
We hope you enjoy this newsletter and if you would like to discuss any items within it, please contact me, Ian Lee-Emery, on 0845 054 2364.

Last call - join a virtual team to design a Situational Judgement Test
We have pulled together a team of HR professionals from across UK businesses and the public sector to collaborate to create of a generic situational judgement test that assesses 4 ‘accessible’ competences using 12-16 questions, set at a mid managerial level. As individuals they will benefit by gaining insight into and practical experience of the design, development and validity testing of such an assessment, while their organisations will benefit by having rights to use this test internally.
This is your final call to join this 'sales-free' environment where you will learn about when to use them and how they are developed. We expect that this unique experience will be valuable and the team will work 'virtually' to allow the highest levels of participation possible. Contact us here to let us know you that you would like to join in.
