Organisations and the regulations that apply to them are not the same - and Talent Safeguard® is capable of supporting different designs of role profiles and assigning mandatory qualification requirements, each with their own characteristics such as repeated training certification and renewal schedules.

It is powerful enough to conduct periodic role-based self assessments and carry out managerial certifications against job profiles and skills matrices – all customisable for your own organisation.

Not only does it identify key risk areas, it goes to then quantify the scope and size of action needed to meet compliance requirements. Individuals are able to identify their own skill gaps - in competences, task/activity or qualification - which can then be included in the performance management process. It will log when certification needs to be renewed and alert managers as necessary in time for them to plan training and act as a repository for certificates once completed. You are able to review status reports by group – and you choose the group definition: whether it is by department, location, manager or area of business.

Getting started with Talent Safeguard® is straightforward: users find that the system is intuitive enough not to require training and with two clicks you can start to use the system.

We have designed the system to be easy-to-use on a day-to-day basis, especially for busy managers with large teams. Teams can be assigned the same role and location quickly making it easy to get started. A role definition can be as simple as you like starting with just one mandatory qualification through to a sophisticated reflection of all the role might require and involve.

E-mail notifications are generated automatically so managers are alerted in a timely fashion and overall Compliance Status Reports can be generated on-demand and in an instant.

Talent Safeguard® was developed to integrate with other Talent® modules – although can 'stand alone' if you simply need to carry out just this compliance audit.
